Do you provide all cleaning supplies?
Yes, with every turnover we bring all equipment and supplies except toiletries (soap, shampoo, toilet paper, trash bags, etc)
Do you accept all credit cards?
We take all major credit cards through online invoicing as well as Amex. All STR accounts must have a valid card on file at all times.
What days do you provide services?
We provide service from 7 days a week 11am-3pm and Saturdays 9am-12pm by appointment
Do I have to be present for the cleaning?
For security reason we do need someone over the age of 18 present for the first walkthrough, after your initial setup we'll take care of the rest and communicate with you or co-host if there any issues.
